After God's Own Heart ('',)

God did not create us merely to please our senses,
to gratify our desires, 

to make money,

to get praise from people, 

or to seek happiness in something created. 

All that is shallow and leads to restlessness, misery, and to a bad eternity. 

On the contrary, God created us for this: 

seeking and finding happiness in him on earth, 

securing the glory of God in heaven. 

Therefore, let our heart continually say, “This one thing I do, I press on to the mark.” 

I aim at the one purpose of my life: God ! 

He will be my God forever and ever, and my Guide in death!
